Our standard support packages involve the pre-purchase of support hours:
10 Hours
10 hours of support with a minimum charge of 20 minutes. No call out charge but travel time will be charged. £750.00
20 Hours
20 hours of support with a minimum charge of 20 minutes. No call out charge but travel time will be charged. £1,350.00
Alternatively, support is available on an ad hoc basis but with a minimum charge of £75.00 for remote and telephone support or £150.00 minimum for site visits. Additional hours will be charged at £75.00 per hour.
